Super erfahrung leider sind meine verschriebenen wochen schon vorbei :/ ich hoffe ich komme bald mal wieder. Die Therapeuten sehr kompetent und freundlich und passen ihre Methoden zu jedem problem an, vielen dank für die hilfe meiner Hüfte geht es schon viel besser

Habe bei zwei der Therapeuten sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht. Genaue Anamnese, viel Anleitung zur Selbsthilfe. Bei Bedarf auch einfach mal eine Massage - ich gehe wieder hin.

Die Person am Telefon war sehr nervös und unfreundlich. Ich konnte wegen seiner Haltung nicht einmal den Termin wahrnehmen.

Sehr schlecht. Rassistisch sind die auch noch. Nicht zu empfehlen.

I had a Terrible experience here. Complete lack of empathy and bad Organisation. They have a Organization Chaos, there is no receptionist, phisiotherapists themself do the organization work, loosing time from the people appointments...Some other mistakes happened and not only they never acknowledge them but they never try to fix it for me and I ended up paying for their mistakes. 1. They couldn't reach the phone I myself wrote to them in a post it(small paper)... Very bad system. It was a foreign phone well although I wrote it all, she didn't know how to call... It is incredible that this happened in Berlin where a lot of Foreign people live.... 2. Twice came to the appointment and had no treatment because their mistake... 3. After loosing my time of the 1 appointment in organizing all the Termins for the commig month, I came next day and they told me I couldn't be treated there anymore. Without even trying to find a solution for my "Verordnung" problem.That was a complete luck of empathy. My message to them: Some people come with serious problems, please be responsible. You shouldn't take them in first place to kick them out after 2 weeks of waiting (that can be a lot of time for some people). In my opinion They are totally disconnected from the fact that they should be there in first place to help the patient, not just to win money and do as they please. Complete lack of empathy and bad Organisation, bad for Foreign/immigrant people. I really don't recommend this Praxis

I went there about 10 times. Every time I had the same feeling, of wasting time and just ripping off the insurance money... The employees don't really feel like actually working, sometimes I was supposed to work myself 15 minutes with the ultra sound machine, alone. All in all not so friendly and also ot enough free appointments in a week.
