Park-Residenz Isernhagen

I stayed at this place thinking there was a Jacuzzi tub from the photos. It shows there is a Jacuzzi tub. It says nothing that the Jacuzzi tub doesn’t work. I also plugged in my outlet and as I went to plug in my phone to my cord and electric shot came out and shocked my hand this was one of the outlets near the bed, so please be careful. I believe they should reimburse me my money I will contact them and if they do, I will take down this rating. The bathtub had holes in it that weren’t plugged, and so when I took a bath, which there was really no way to actually take a bath, without filling up the tub with the showerhead, the bathtub filled up and all these little pieces of dirt and rubble came up from these holes in the Jacuzzi tub that no longer works.. the lights above the Jacuzzi tub didn’t all work either. The chair almost broke from underneath me. The best thing about this place was the bed. The bed was cozy, and the room was spacious, but it was not what they presented.. I would like to have my money reimbursed, especially because I was shocked by electricity, and the Jacuzzi tub did not work. Please let me know if you can do this and if you can’t, I will leave this rating.

The apartment was clean and very nice. A baby bed was also provided to us and we were shown to the apartment by a nice lady from the reception. Remarkably, she also brought 2 rolls of toilet paper to our room. very nice stay.
